• All work is done onsite in our shop to ensure the Highest Quality Standards. These standards include: All miters are sanded and vice joined before nailing to make sure the corners of each frame are as close to seamless as possible. All art is framed using acid free materials, archival mounting processes, and protective glazing. All materials are closely inspected to ensure the flawless execution of your design.

• Wide Selection - Whether you are looking for hardwoods, decorative golds and silvers, or bold and vibrant color, we have it all. We partner with suppliers from across the world to give you the most diverse set of framing options in the area, and we are always on the lookout for new products to add to our selection.  

• Creative Problem Solving - Have an unusual framing request? We love a good challenge and welcome the opportunity to put our skills to the test. Whether you have a 3D object to frame, a uniquely shaped artwork, or would like our team of artists to add a decorative flourish to your matting or frame, we are happy to discuss your vision. So long as the finished job will fit through our front door, we will give it a shot!

• Fair Pricing - All our pricing is within industry standards and competes with the big box stores. While these stores often offer coupons promising big discounts, they can only provide them by having excessive mark ups of their retail prices. We don’t play such games at Gregg Frame Studio. We offer everyone a fair price up front and provide discounts for multipiece orders and established repeat customers.

• Satisfaction Guarantee - We want you to love the design of your custom framing order and hope it will become a piece you are proud to display in your home for many years to come. To ensure your investment, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason your framing did not meet expectations or fit your décor as you had hoped, bring it back to us within 30 days of pick up and we will reframe it at no additional charge, provided the new design does not exceed the cost of the original order. If there is a difference you will only be charged the excess cost.
